As a student-funded organization, the Rensselaer Union depends on the annual Activity Fees paid for by the students of RPI. And at a university of numbers and calculations, it is the mission of the Union to set the standard for financial transparency.

Activity Fee Waiver Form  

Looking for a waiver of the Activity Fee for an upcoming academic semester? Download the form here.

Purchase Requisition Form (Fillable)  

This form is required for ALL club purchases, including equipment, supplies, hotel rooms, car rentals, and reimbursements through the Club Operating Fund. You can either fill out the PDF form, or neatly write on it. All forms must be hand-signed and submitted to the Union Administration Office.
