Mueller Center Weight Room

The 5,000 square foot weight room, located in the basement of the Mueller Center contains a wide variety of weight training equipment to fit every exercise program. The space is set up in two sections, insuring that individuals of all levels have adequate space for a challenging workout. Whether you're just looking for a quick workout during your break or looking for a serious place to train, this facility has everything you could need!

Equipment

  • 6 olympic lifting platforms

  • 6 full power racks

  • 5 half racks

  • complete sets of free weights & adjustable benches

  • cable crossover system

  • functional training equipment - medicine balls, swissballs, kettlebells, etc.
