Donate to help support women in CS to attend GHC! The Grace Hopper Conference provides a wide array of opportunities for Rensselaer women. Students who attend GHC will build professional networks, go to seminars that enhance their confidence as women in the tech field, and secure prized internships and permanent job offers. Through these connections made, and the knowledge gained at GHC, our female students harness their inner strength to become leaders in the tech industry.

The Engineering Ambassadors are seeking donations to help support our overnight trip to NYC to present engineering topics such as Drag Force, Water Filtration, and Biosensors to three NYC high schools. Historically, more than 1,000 high school students have experienced our STEM presentations and activities on each trip that we have made to the Bronx. Tickets for the Freihofers Saratoga Jazz Festival either Day 1, June 24th or Day 2, June 25th at SPAC are available in the Union room 3702 courtesy of The Eleanor N. Fischbach Concert Series. Tickets are for students first through June 16th and then can be picked up by staff and faculty. Limit 2 per ID for all.

The Rensselaer Union has the responsibility of overseeing several facilities on campus, many of these facilities and operations are housed within the Rensselaer Student Union, a building at the corner of Sage Avenue and 15th street, containing meeting rooms, businesses, dining, and social spaces. The Rensselaer Student Union is a place to study and attend special events or visit the RPI Bookstore or the Clubhouse Pub. In addition to the Rensselaer Student Union, Rensselaer Union manages fitness and weight training facilities and wellness programs at the Mueller Center, performance spaces in the RPI Playhouse, musical practice spaces in the J-Building, the Academy Hall dance studio and auditorium, and more. All of the Union Facilties include: 87 Gym, Armory basement Storage, Armory Rifle Range, J-Building Music Suite, Mueller Center, Academy Hall Auditorium and dance studio, West Hall Green Room, EMPAC Room Beta, RSA Garage, Ambulance Crew House, Crew Club Boat House, W2SZ Trailer, WRPI Media Suite, and the Rensselaer Student Union.
